Problem Report Chat Missing Submit Button

It seems the submit button is missing in the chat. Is there a way to re-enable it?

I can submit by clicking earlier written text and hitting enter for now. But if I hit enter at the end of text, it just creates new lines.

I am using mobile Google Chrome.

Keep spamming enter. Then click the screen above. Then press enter.

I would honestly love if we could add more smilies in the chat. Actually, also on the like button. The facepalm would be a great inclusion..
