Christmas Break Game

Wassup yall,

Me and this girl have been talking consistently (and hanging every once in while) for during the semester. She has girl friend potential and want to know to how approach this situation. We're on College Winter Break now and live and two different cities.

Should I call/text frequently or just give it a break and hit her up every once in a while until school starts up?

I can't do that now. We live 10 hrs apart lol. I just want to know what I should be doing in the meantime before we can see each other again

GFTOW? :)

Seriously there's not much you can do till you get back so I'd leave it for now.

If you've been communicating frequently, she'll notice if you go completely radio silent, but you don't want to spend too much time in contact while apart.

It's much preferable to use text / phone / email primarily just as a logistics-handling tool, and save the connecting for being done in person. Otherwise, you run the risk of the girl getting too comfortable with you as a long distance buddy and not wanting that to end. I've seen a lot of guys spend a lot of time on phone calls, video chats, and the lot, but not many of them translate these girls into lovers or girlfriends.

Keep the correspondence low so that if she likes talking to you, she HAS to see you in person. Things work out much better that way for the two of you actually physically getting together and become an item.

This answers my initial question. Chase, your response is helpful. So similar situation but what if you're apart for a long time like the opposite of OP's (see her on break, but not at school)? For instance a girl who I met over summer and hit it off with. Contact eventually fell off for the most part, but saw her again the next summer and ended up sleeping with her. I like her but do not see her most of the year. In the future, if I stay pretty much out of all contact (I'm not on social media, don't text/call her) will that cause her to lose her attraction to me because I'm out of mind? Would it be better to periodically text to check in, or is that pretty much counter productive? I travel a good amount so I guess I'm looking for the best way to maintain attraction when away, but pick things back up when I see a girl next. Should I expect things to pick up where we left off usually? Thanks in advance
