@Chase I read your cafe article this morning, and am having trouble following the strategy... Cause she opened me!
Same with my night street lay report... That was supposed to be Day 4 of the Newbie Assignment... I was only supposed to say hi! Whoops!

Working on laptop at coffee shop table. Slim MILF in business suit takes table next to me. She gets up to take a call around the corner and asks me to make sure no one touches her coffee. I smile and say alright and give her prolonged eye contact (maybe could have done more here instead of agreeing). She smiles and says thank you. When she comes back she says thanks again.
I told her someone tried to steal it but I fought them off. She laughs and says she'll give me a hug for that, then gives a couple air kisses and sits back down.
Several minutes later, she turns to me, extends her hand, and introduces herself by her first and last name. She says I took the seat she normally takes and I tease her that I stole her spot. She says she will share it with me. I ask if she works in the building and she says she is visiting her aunt in town, but sometimes works from the coffee shop. I ask what she does and she simply says her industry. I find out she's self employed. She asks if I am a lawyer (which made no sense since I was dressed in a casual untucked button shirt today). I say no and tell her what I do. I ask if she grew up in the city and she said yes but was mostly raised in New York and went to private school there.
She gets a call interruption, then says she is not going to bother me now since she has some work to do. Her phone rings again and I say she must have a busy day. She turns down the ringer saying so she can hear me better, so I keep talking to her. I ask how long she is in town for, then if she is staying with family (she is). She asks if I live in the area and if I'd ever move closer to work. I explain I got a good deal for a temporary spot and have it to myself.
I ask what she is planning to do around the city while she is here. She mentions walking in a certain area. I ask if she likes the outdoors and nature and she says yes. I ask if she has ever walked around a different area and mention it is near me, recommending that she come check it out. She said she would like to and that I might find her knocking on my door saying let's go for a walk.
I propose we exchange numbers and I will take her for a walk. She gives me hers. I text her and she confirms the number. I then say I should get back up to the office for a meeting and she extends her hand again. I squeeze and hold instead of shaking it and we lock eyes with tension. She says she will look forward to hearing from me and we smile at each other as I walk slowly away.

Her: Ditto Francis. I did get a lot of work done, in our seat

Me: Thanks for sharing it I did thanks, and got outside. We should take that walk before the heat wave hits too hard.
Her: Okay! Maybe one day next.
Me: Sure, before labor day I could do Monday or Tuesday evening if one of those works for you
Her: I'll do my very best

Her: For sure
