So I went on this date 2 days ago with this really cute girl, we met at starbucks.
We hit it off...she was into me, lots of touching, smiles, etc. Chemistry was there. Starbucks closed and I invited her to take a walk with me outside my house..
We went to take a walk, started holding hands...stopped midway spontaneously to make out...kept walking and sat on a bench for 30-40 mins. The whole time holding hands, building rapport/connection, making out on and off...even she mentioned the second date during it playfully...I didn't even initiate it. It was like when I put my hand on her leg (she was wearing a skirt), she smiled lightly and while both of us were kissing she said let's save that for the second date...and she said something like there's gonna be a second date right?", I playfully teased but made it obvious a bit without saying directly.
The connection was there, she put her head on my shoulder while I had my hand wrapped around her, she even giggled at one point after we stopped kissing as if she was overly excited but didn't want to show it.
Anyway, we walked back...stopped to makeout again, and madeout again outside her car. So she went home (it was way past the time she normally goes to sleep on a weekday, has to be up early for work).... And I shot out this text (I normally wouldn't say this) but since the connection was strong we had this text convo :
Me : "I don't want to say too much over text...let's just say I'm happy I messaged you and saw you tonight
"
Her : "Awww I'm glad too : )"
Her : "Goodnight"
Me : "You say aww a lot"
Her : "Because you keep saying cute things"
Me : "I don't normally say this you're just bringing it out of me
Me : "Ok go to sleep so I can stop : )"
That was the end of the text convo....The next day midway, I wanted to follow Chase's advice (and ask her to meetup again earlier rather than waiting a week) since the date went so well. So teaches at school and tutors after, so I wanted to give her a call . I sent her a text midday : "Hey you..are you tutoring after class today?"
AND..........she never responded. The entire day. I honestly...I get that this happens all the time, but usually after a date you'll know if you did something wrong or if something wasn't quite there to make her not respond after or respond differently. Because I was completely lost....everything went well that date, lol.
Now I don't know what to do...I'll let it go if I have to, but what's the best course of action here? Should I wait 2-3 days and text her again since she never replied to first one? What would you guys text in this situation? I literally have no idea...I want to at least do something that has some chance of turning it around, and I'm just wondering what you would text in this situation, and whether you would wait a few days after she didn't reply to the first one.
Or if you guys see anything that I did wrong...because I'm COMPLETELY LOST.
