Hello everyone

I need some clarification on what age of consent means as i will be travelling soon and would like to go on a bit of a solo f*** fest.

ABOUT ME

I'm an expeienced (passive) daygamer. Lately ive discovered a weakness of mine that i cant seem to break out of. And that is, young women.

Im 31, good looking, take care of myself physically and have good natural game. I state this for a reason. It means my conversion is quite high and girls are quite receptive to me. As a result, Ive been getting a lot of choice. My personal choice has started to slowly starting to default to late teens because they're bodies are very different to women my age. I wont go into too much more detail aside from saying that i do not climax anymore with girls my age. For me, the body and face needs to be on point or my erection wilts. Im unapologetic about this. Lately i though my libido was dying until i started sleeping with much younger women and all of a sudden it returned.

I fuck alot of empty sex with a lot of different women reguarly and feel alive doing so. Most of my friends trying to make me feel bad, and only a few of them 'get it'. Im hoping all you guys on this forum fall in to the latter group, and i can feel comfortable here speaking freely.

AGE OF CONSENT DILEMNA

As mentioned, i will be going to europe soon and I would like to know what my legal boundaries are when i enter some of these countries. I plan on sleeping with 18yo+ women, but have notiuce that some counties have a legal age less than 18. For example, Sweden. Its age of consent is 15. Before judging me, I am trying to find out what that means. Does that mean if i happen to sleep with a 15 yo swedish girl in stockholm, it would be considered legal? Or is there some sort of age discrepancy rule here, ie. if she is 15 you have to be 21 or less?

Again, i am using this extreme example to highlight the point. I do not plan on sleeping with 15 yo's. But given its a sketchy area, i would like to know where i stand if i do happen to find myself in such a position.

Thanks in advnace
Rob

Safest is

Follow law of country you reside in.

I like to think that you can fuck a bulgaria girl who is 13, but if the country law is 18, there's a problem. Unless you have her passport as a photo but then again, when men are jealous, they are pathetic sometimes worse than girls.

Whether that is immigration office people, or guys in general. Men are pathetic when they are jealous, especially this type of jealousy.

My country law is 16, but enough teenagers have sex at 14. It's hit and miss, really.

Hey man,

Age of consent means that both parties need to be of that age and older to be legally considered as able to give consent. If you are younger then that, then the state assumes that you are too emotionally immature to make a wise enough decision to agree to something as consequential as sex.

If two people above the age of consent have sex, then it is completely fine. Not sure what happens if 2 people below the age of consent have sex though.

However, should a person above the age of consent sleep with a person below the age, then the person above is deemed to have committed rape. Whether the younger party agreed to it or not.

And thus, criminal actions will be taken accordingly to whatever the punishment for child rape is in that country.

I’m not a lawyer, but that’s pretty much the gist of it.

PS: The age of consent in South Africa is 12. Have a nice day :)

Hey Ash,
The age of consent in South Africa is actually 16 (though a 15 year old and a 17 year old can have sex),
a quick internet search is usually a good idea before passing info to others.
https://www.wikigender.org/wiki/ages-of ... th-africa/

Op: you can search Google 'age of consent (insert country)
Look for a page explaining all the rules, they aren't hard to find.

I like to mention.

Age of Consent versus Age of Commercial Sex.

Recently in my country, guys got arrested for having sex with girls aged 17, despite the consensual sex law is 16. One might ask why. It is because commercial sex law is 18.

Consensual sex law can be 16
Commercial sex law can be 18

PLEASE BE CAREFUL. JEALOUSY IS EVERYWHERE. IF you can't change your life, you might as well ruin everyone's life. Everyone is like that, in some variations.

It is in Asia.

But it applies to every country. Be wary. Commercial Sex law is when you pay girls for sex. While it's universally 18 years old around the globe, please do check your country laws or the country you visiting.

that is if you are paying for sex, which i know most guys do, also.

p.s: SORRY FOR THE CAPS ;)

Hey man,

Thanks for the post. Really informative. However, the article does state that in 2007 (or something) there was a ruling stating that 12 year olds could sleep with people provided that both parties are 12 - 16 of age and the age gap is no more than 2 years of age.

Sorry to disappoint everyone who I’ve excited with my original post ;)

Hi rob8489,

In countries where the age of consent is below the age of majority, there can be extra provisions for the case where one party is below the age of majority and the other is above, where both are above the age of consent, intended to protect youths from exploitation. Please note that in some countries it is not necessary to pay the minor in order for such provisions to be invoked.

Some situations these provisions may or may not cover or consider include (but might not be limited to):
  • Being in an authority position over the minor;
  • Having some professional position of confidence with respect to the minor;
  • Having a pre-existing position of trust with the minor's family;
  • Providing the minor with shelter or other enabling means;
  • Giving the minor drugs or alcohol;
  • Having "lured" the minor via electronic means;
  • How quickly the relationship came about (this is controversial);
  • Large age discrepancies (again controversial, especially where the law is not specific); and
  • The minor's age (this is almost paradoxical).

Be careful, because web pages listing a country's age of consent do not always mention this stuff. Although it's a PITA, you're much better off either consulting a lawyer or studying the relevant criminal code, since generally ignorance of the law is not a defense. I would not trust my freedom to some random website.

Or just take reasonable measures to ensure she's not a minor. (At least in my jurisdiction, if you took reasonable measures but were deceived in a manner in which a reasonable person could be expected to have been deceived, you would not be culpable. I would expect this to be true in most reasonable countries.)

Sometimes these laws are enacted as an alternative to raising the age of consent.

Unfortunately, there are examples of laws that use broad, morally-charged terminology that is not adequately defined and may be left to judicial discretion.

In Western-style free, democratic countries, judges, particularly in the higher courts, take the legal doctrine of "innocent until proven guilty" very seriously, and as such, I would say that generally, if the law isn't clear on whether a given act is criminal, it's not. (I've read rulings where the appelate judge expressed great contempt for the defendant's conduct yet still handed down acquittal over legal holes.) OTOH, the penalties for sexual assault on a minor are generally so severe that you might not want to take that chance. Also consider that even if you are ultimately exonerated, there could be severe consequences such as arrest, detention, jail time while waiting on appeals, vilification by the media, legal fees, etc.

For me, personally, whether I am doing harm to the person is even more significant than the law. Unfortunately, that isn't something I can easily answer in respect of that particular age range. There are arguments on both sides. To make matters worse, human psychological & emotional development doesn't follow a strict timetable.

On another note, I would say it is perfectly natural to be attracted to some teenage females; biologically, most females will have reached sexual maturity by mid to late teens. However, and this is absolutely not meant in a judgemental way, but if an adult man is only attracted to teenagers to the exclusion of even women in their 20's, many professionals would deem that as evidence of a psychological issue. It's up to you but you might want to take that into account.

If nothing else, restricting yourself to such a remarkably narrow age range will cause you to miss out on a lot of good options! And add drama/legal concerns/etc. (By chance, do you like black women? They don't age. Ok, I'm grossly exaggerating. But I met one last month I thought was a uni student. Asked her if she was a student and she replied, "I'm nearly 40!" My jaw literally dropped.)

Hope this helps, but of course this post does not constitute legal or medical advice. :)

p.s., hope you will stick around to share your experience with women.

p.p.s., for completeness, since I've mentioned just about every other angle anyway:

Child pornography in probably most jurisdictions is defined according to the age of majority, even where the age of consent is lower. This leads to the somewhat strange situation that it might be legal to have sex with a girl and yet illegal to sext with her, as the latter would, legally speaking, involve possession of child pornography!

Generally, you would not incur criminal liability just for receiving such media, provided you promptly deleted it, since receipt of it is outside your control. However, I would not trust that defense in the case where you asked her to send it.

(Paradoxically, she might incur criminal liability for sending it! There are often exemptions for her to possess her own porn, but depending on the jurisdiction and circumstances, that might not extend to transmitting it. Of course, it's very unlikely she'd be prosecuted, but there have been cases of criminal prosecution of teenagers for sexting each other, even though it's obviously gratuitous misuse of the law.)

Also be aware that the age of consent for anal sex has at least at some points in some countries been higher than for sex acts in general, although such discrepancies have been found unconstitutional in at least some of those jurisdictions.

And one last thing. Age of consent goes out the window if she claims there was none. Teenage girls are very reputation-conscious. Suppose she tells a friend and then later regrets the possible social implications. False accusation is techincally criminal, but even adult women usually get off pretty light, let alone a minor. Does she have the maturity to put not destroying some virtual stranger's life above her own reputation? I believe some teens do, but not all of them. And if she doesn't, welcome to hell.

And if you find yourself in hell, tell the truth. Investigators and judges have seen enough of these cases to see through embellishments, and the last thing you need is for your credibility as a witness to be damaged when the only other witness is out to get you.

Again, this post does not constitute legal advice.

I like to bump this.

I want to note the valuable information. Especially since feminism and woke BS has destroyed a lot of things.

People are getting idiotic. Everything is walking on seashells this day. I bump this because we are in a critical time and I like to highlight that this advice is not meant to serve as legal advice.

So, if your girl is 16,

- avoid being her boss/authority/she must not know you through any position of authority (her family, friends and
- no paying her (commercial law starts applying)
- don't do the nude photos thing (it's considered influence)

Also, I'm looking into lawyer thoughts and past cases.

I am triggered because of this below.
On one hand, the manipulation is on the news.
On the hand, it's a different world with youths.
While the adult males, 21-35 are completely confused.

Yes, GC members. I'm really pissed at this manipulation. Yea I know. It's part of the game.

It's a shades of grey which I am getting to master, on all aspects.

I know it's part of the game. The manipulation. The false state but damn, I might just share how things work and just let the world implode.
