Hi
This is a poll and question in one. With the re-opening of the entertainment industry in my country, prices of events are at an all-time high. My local currency is not USD, but a lot of industries in my country are now putting prices in USD to avoid inflation since the USD holds more strength. Eg. Car dealerships, Hotels, Events, Orthodontists, High-End Restaurants, Homes, and Apartments.
I did a field report today and I talked briefly about the prices I had to pay for goods and services. Now I do understand the prices will differ from country to country somewhat. I will start by summarizing the price of the party I attended last night:
*All prices are in USD
Transportation to and from the party $2
Early Bird ticket $10
Food before the party $2.40
Hotdog during the party $4
Total = $18.40
Ok, not bad right! The issue I see though is I was being a cheapskate the entire night. For the following reasons:
- Walking in my neighborhood at night can be dangerous. I should have called a taxi and spent $6 to take me to the party and another $6 to take me back home. But no, I decided to walk to save $10
- Guys on GirlsChase talk all the time about buying some liquor. At parties, it is banned to take alcohol (and food) from outside. I was being cheap by walking around with ice and water in a cup...instead of ordering a drink at the bar. Most people at the event had bought 1-5 cups/bottles of alcohol. Keep in mind these people are also not rich. In fact, I probably make more money than some of them right now. However, the way I view money is completely different from others. For example:
I eat a lot per meal. And I know where I stand. If I was to really spend the kind of money to fulfill all my needs last night, it would have looked like this:
Transportation to and from the party is $12
Early Bird ticket $10
Food before the party (get a belly full) $6
8 Hotdogs during the party $32 (yeah I eat like a farmers horse, I have a large appetite)
Apple Vodka $40
Total = $100 USD
I know guys on GirlsChase talk about going out to meet girls on the weekend. I also know Chase talked about bar-hopping back in the day or changing venues in the middle of the night if one venue is lame.
Let's hypothetically say a guy decides to take his dating life seriously. He goes out on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It could be different events: beach, parties, bar, restaurants, parks e.t.c. There is a financial cost to everything whether you count it or not. Time costs... And unless you plan on being the guy who lives in the city and takes women on the same free park date (walking distance to your home) every single time, then no, there is a financial cost. So let's split the difference. I showed how I would have easily spent $100 last night. Let's hypothetically say each outing cost $50 USD.
Going out 2-3 times per week $100 - $150
Per month = $400 - $600
If I were to ball out and do just the minimum as I showed in my example for an entire month, my dating cost would be:
Going out 2-3 times per week $200 - $300
Per month = $800 - $1,200
(If I am going to spend $800 - $1,200 USD per month on just dating, I would only feel comfortable doing so while earning $8,000 USD per month before taxes.)
According to Black Demographics stats here the average American median household earns $55,392 per year. That's
$28.85 per hour
$230.80 per day
$1,154 per week
So my question is how much on average do you spend on a date? This includes:
Condoms
Transportation
Food
Events entry cost
Tips to waitresses
Hotels & motels to pull girls to for fast sex
E.t.c.
I will end this by sharing a popular music festival:

$129 USD for a party! Yow first off, I feel like I need to be making $10,000 USD per month for me to justify that cost. For some of these parties, you have to book a hotel room. And from the looks of it, decent hotels are charging $100 USD upwards per night. There are even motels that don't even give snacks or meals that are charging $60 + per night.
Yet I see articles on GirlsChase talking about pulling women back to hotels rooms for sex. That sounds like a lifestyle for a man earning 6 figures in order to do that consistently. That's a whole other subject I will leave alone for now. Anyway, comment below, how much do you spend on average per date? If you go on 12, 52, 100 dates per year, how much money does each date average out?
P.s. I am not trying to be an overly analytical guy about this. I'm trying to figure out if my spending habits on dates align with others' experiences. So do my spending figures sound normal or out of the ordinary? Honestly, if I had the money like that to ball out, I would not have even made this post. I'm seeking clarity on the cost of dating in 2022.
Thanks
Troy

Keep in mind these people are also not rich. In fact, I probably make more money than some of them right now. However, the way I view money is completely different from others. For example:
- Chase would have an easier time selling me his book "How To Make Girls Chase" for $47. Heck, Chase, you could raise the price to $500 TODAY. I would go into debt faster to buy Chase's book if that were the cost. Because I see the long-term value over decades of that book repaying for itself. I get to download a decade-plus of Chase's knowledge into my brain and avoid a lot of the mistakes.
- Meanwhile, if I go to a party and see a bottle of luxury Vodka for $40, you best believe I am going to mentally haggle the price. Why the fuck should I get drunk for $40 only to pee it out in the next 12 hours? In my field report, I even talked about bottles of Vodka being sold for $186 USD. Absolutely ridiculous for me to do at this stage of my life. So I am basically peeing away $40 - $186 USD. And unless I get laid that night, I don't see the value there.
