Created Tinder account yesterday, many swipes, no match, move on from it?

I created a Tinder account yesterday and after swiping right on tons of profiles, like over a 100, I have not had one match.

I've heard that it takes time for your profile to become visible to females in the area, like a week or so, but I was thinking of uninstalling the app to free up more space on my iphone as well. Starting to wonder if I am flattering myself by what I heard and maybe I am not yet cut out for Tinder.

Is it time to give up on the app or should I wait a week?

Giving up after a week? You need much more persistence than that if you want to succeed at anything.

It means it's time you changed your pictures. In Tinder, it's all about the pictures. If your pictures don't work, it means you need to try other pictures. The pictures that actually work may not be the one you think are your best. Try others.

And have your fundamentals handled. There is always more that can be done about fundamentals.

Basically, you can upload photos, and girls will vote on how "Attractive", "Smart", and "Trustworthy" you look. If your picture isn't at least in the 80th percentile in attractiveness, don't post it. If it's not in the 50th percentile in trustworthiness, don't post it. Otherwise you'll get very few matches.

If you think you're not good looking enough to get a picture like that, you're wrong. I've gotten anywhere between 20%-97% attractiveness just by varying the pictures. The way I look has remained almost the same. And the other two categories are all about fundamentals(e.g. facial expressions, clothes you're wearing, where it's taken etc.)

Well guys, I installed Bumble yesterday too and swiped right like 100s of times.

My key question I ask myself is if my profile is that bad or if I have to wait a week for it to become visible until I can hear back......

It's your pictures. Either work on improving them or forget about online dating.

So to test out my overall online dating desirability, I decided to create an OkCupid account yesterday and sent out like 25 messages, got a response from 8 different women who were all white and above average looking. I used the same pics I used for Tinder so wtf!

No response on Tinder yet either.

What do your pictures look like? What does it say?

I suggest you use tinder/online only as a supplement to another means of meeting women (day game, night game, lifestyle). It should never be the dominant means to meet women while you're learning.

Pics I have used are more cellphone quality, should I get professional photos done?

I hardly have much of a bio because I hear Tinder is really all about looks, currently reading the GC Tinder guide right now though to see where I am going wrong. Zero matches on there and on Bumble.

I only had two pictures, and one was me holding hands with an attractive woman I'd just fucked half an hour before, she was also in the picture. My face screamed sex. There was also one sentence in the profile, a witty sexual statement. Very subtle, but I started getting matches after that.

Would suggest you hold off on professional photos for now. Get off the phone and make time to meet girls in real life.

Any advice as to what you did for the pics?

I am thinking of getting decent ones done and starting Tinder and Bumble all over again because so far, no luck!

Got Tinder Plus, did some swiping, got 10 matches, 3 were bots, but now no matter what I change my location to it has the swipe screen stuck on loaded, wtf!
