Creating Flirtation?

Hey guys, I used to be avid consumer/practitioner of pick up styles and methods, but lately I've become stale. Specifically, I've gotten a lot worse at creating a flirtatious vibe in my conversation. I have no problem at all getting to know people's ideals, beliefs, etc. in a fundamental human/friendship way, but I'm struggling greatly with touching upon a completely different type of conversation: flirting.

My usual method of flirting is to mildly tease the girl or some incidental touching, and if I get a solid response, that allows me to transition to other things. However, if I don't get a playfully flirty vibe back from teasing/touching, my arsenal is completely empty.

So, my question is: What are some flirting techniques I can employ to create flirtation (from scratch) when she isn't signaling back? More broadly, what are some mindsets I should have when trying to create a flirtatious vibe? Any articles you guys can point me too would be really helpful as well.

First, you already are flirting the proper way (from how you self-describe it anyway). Your question is about how to make an unresponsive girl suddenly want you. So your real question is:

"What magic bullet may I use to make crazy about me an uninterested girls?"

Well, I guess there's no way for that. You see all that seduction thing is about:
1- Finding INTERESTED girls.
2-Let them know you are interested too.
3- Not screwing up in your way toward both of you having sex.
4- Steer both of you smoothly there.

Approaching the girls is #1, flirting is #2. But when they say "assume attraction" it doesn't mean ALL women will be into you and it will work all the time, the point is that since you can't do anything about attraction right now (you could always work on your fundamentals, in the long run it help), you may as well give it a try with this cute girl.

But if she is unresponsive to your flirt there's 2 explanation:
1- She's not interested -> Move to the next girl and forget her.
2- she don't get it, she don't understand your tease/banters. -> That mean both of you are a bad match in term of thoughts pattern… trust me on this one: runaway from her and dodge this bullet.
