So guys most of you by now probably know that Dan Bilzerian is getting sued, cause he is over expending and not making a profit, he is in debt for a lot of money... I always suspected this (but i did not want to sound like a hater).... Cause usually rich guys are not constantly flashing wealth, when i was my wealthiest i was also the most in debt due to the "Flashing" aspect of it.... Now it seems that Bilzerian is just another credit card playboy... In his defense it does not matter, i got laid through a period of my life doing a similar flash game, flash game is not really provider or simp game (or whatever the term is).... Is basically flashing status and material shinny bling (cars, cribs) girls get attracted to it cause they thing they may get a piece or/and you are stable and desirable.... Even if is an illusion....

We REALLY have no idea about his financials other than his company showing a 50M annual loss. (Which could all have been investor money, or planned growth expenses. Both are likely to be true.)

We have no idea about his personal finances.

Honestly my guess is, he is just throwing an insane amount of parties and promotional stuff in his companies name and just using his company as a tax avoidance scheme to sustain his lifestyle.

Very very basic rundown:
Let's say 20% corporate tax and 20% personal income tax. If the company has 100k profit. Now you have 80k. Then if you want to pay yourself off the company profit, now you have 64k. Now if you spent that 64k from your personal account, you just spent all of your 100k but gave the government 36k and actually spent 64k for yourself.
But if you want to spend 100k as 100k, you run it down as a promotional expense but idiots on YouTube would say you made no profit while you actually gained 36k by "not making a profit".

I might be wrong in this case (nobody knows, we're just speculating) but no business really wants to "make a profit", if possible. (It's an oversimplification, but you get the point.) Big tech companies and Hollywood studios are very creative about avoiding the dreaded P-word.

I have to disagree with you on this one.

While there is a big percentage of grown up women who are gold-diggers, most women I know RUN from guys that seem untrustworthy.
Women are no simpletons. They can smell problems and most will avoid getting into it.
