Date brings her friends

Hey guys,

So I met a gal at a party a while ago, and things went very well. Unfortunately, no sex, because she had to walk her drunk friends home. She held onto my arm all night, though, so she was interested.

Our first date was for ice cream. When I showed up, she had just got out of a sorority meeting, and had two of her friends there with her. She introduced me, and we went to go order ice cream. After we ordered, I had the option of A) sitting with her friends, who looked like they were waiting for us to sit down, or B) grab our own seat. I ended up saying "let's grab a seat here" and directed her to one table away from her friends. Eventually, they said goodbye and left.

I think I made the right decision here, because I wanted a date with her, not her friends. But do you guys have any input? I was a little annoyed that she brought her friends...

Thanks,
Jack

Handled it well my friend, you were there to interact with her and not her friends. Don't really stress it, she gets the message now that your interested in more then just being social with her, should be plain sailing from there!
