But you made a key point. If you left the company and she still works there, the only way there could be a cost to your reputation is if you date the wrong woman at that old job. A woman who loves to gossip her business. I would question it, if a woman loves to tell the entire world her business, why date her in the first place?
The moment I realize a woman likes to gossip about her relationships, I will simply cut her off.
If she is not the gossip type, go right ahead and date her. She is your ex colleague after all and the likelihood of anything jepordazing your income is very low.

I understand women do talk about their relationships with other people. What I am referring to is the extra loud mouth chicks. Them chicks is dangerous. They dont know how to be discreet is what I was getting at. I have worked in a few call centers over the years and that career field tends to have the most relaxed atmosphere where women gossip a lot.
After spending 3+ years in the past working at this particular call center, I can say with 100% confidence that most people dont know who is screwing who.
Also the marriage part, yeah I got no experience in that lane. Im going to allow one of the guys who have experience dating married women come help you with that one.
From my personal opinion though, that married woman has something to lose if her husband finds out. Assuming her husband is not a beta male provider who cannot hold his own. If evidence comes out that you were screwing his wife, also be prepared to face consequences from her husband.
I have seen some messy videos on Youtube. Also I believe if that woman really loves her husband but is just looking to shag with you, I think she is more likely to keep it on a downlow.
