If this gets moved to "Off Topic" then I understand, but this board has so much more traffic so I dropped it here.

When I first starting learning pick up, I took things slow with girls and consequently, girls who started off super excited to see me, became increasingly flakey after a few dates and gradually faded away. After I read and put into action Chases article on "Moving Faster", keeping girls around was no longer a problem.

However, I've run into a similar problem with girls whom I personally train for money. Girls who start off ready and enthusiastic about working towards a new and improved body, soon become flakey and drop out after a while. I can't exactly get physical with them and "Move Faster", so I'm trying to find other remedies.

I've tried more rapport building and deep diving, but the girls I typically train are more interested in results and working hard which is what I prefer as well. I don't think its about keeping the workouts "fun" either. I'm there to get results as fasts as possible and I'd be wasting their time by doing a bunch of useless "fun" exercises.

Right now, I'm thinking the problem lies in my sales strategy. Currently, girls pay as they go. Meaning they pay after each session. This definitely kills retainability, since they can quit at anytime without penalty. Exercise motivation follows a wavelike pattern in most people. People start off highly motivated, then motivation decreases as time goes by. However, if they continue training anyway, they begin to see results and motivation climbs higher than before. I'm thinking that I have to "Move Faster" in the sales realm by selling the results upfront when enthusiasm is at its peak. Therefore, instead of pay-as-you-go, they would pay a large lump sum upfront for the desired result that they wanted. The amount would depend on what the client wanted to achieve. It might make for a tougher sell since it's a large investment, but I know "Taking it Slow" (pay-as-you-go) doesn't work in the long term.

It's amazing how much the content of this site applies to ALL facets of life. Any thoughts on keeping girls excited and motivated to see you without getting physical?
