Quick intro. I'm 29 years old, I've been practicing night game for the last 3 years and I've been practicing daygame every week for the last 3 months, going out at least 3 days a week. In these 3 months I've learned about myself way more than what I've learned in the 3 years i've practiced night game. I want to share those lessons so that you can benefit from them also.
1.I used to suffer from crippling AA. And it still comes back sometimes, and every everytime it comes back I learn something new about myself. I've learned that my AA is due to my lack of focus. The less I feel like going out the more unfocused i am and the higher my approach anxiety will be. So now before going out each day I dedicate a few minutes to focus on my desire to succeed at this. If i dont do that then I get AA.
2. When I'm focused on the people's reactions my game sucks. but when I'm focused on just taking the action, most of my sets go great. For example, if I approach just to take that action (and not hook the set) the set goes great, but when I approach with the intention of "gaming her" the set goes bad because I'm focused on how she will react to the approach.
3. The best way to focus on my goal is when my goal comes from my heart. I mean this literally. My goal is to open any girl in any situation, I picture this goal as emanating physically from my heart, instead of from my mind. Its like the difference between knowing and feeling, feeling is a greater motivator than knowing. You have to feel your goal in order to want to do it despite all the obstacles that will always be there. So when i'm not in set i'm looking for targets while feeling my goal coming from my heart. This keeps me focused so that AA doesnt comeback. Try it.
4. Daygame is HARD. It takes a lot of mental toughness just to open a set, specially at the beginning. Its ridiculous to think that you can get laid consistently from it in the first year. Daygame builds your spirit, but first it destroys it, and when you think you're on top of the world it destroys it again. It never ends. But it makes you a better man every day you go out.
5. Practicing daygame allows you to access a creative part of your mind that not many other activites can. I'm writing this after gaming 7 hours almost straight, I took a 1 hour break in the middle, but if it wasnt for going out i would not feel like writing this. This is what daygame does, it makes you WANT to give value and create new things. Nightgame can do this too if you dont drink alcohol.
6.Reading material does not correlate to being more successful with women, but practicing actual game has a very strong correlation. I have a mantra that says "The more I approach, the more likely I'll get laid".
