Definition of "Talking"

Hey everyone,

I want some input on the definition of "talking" that you guys of heard either from guys or women. In one of my recent posts I got some negative backlash from a girl I was pursuing cause of she was "talking" not dating/together with another guy.

My definition is interacting with someone of the opposite sex whom you've been intimate with and are transitioning into a relationship with.

Yeah, I hear girls use that term a lot. I agree that it's just "safe language" to define a relationship where the guy has bedded her and she's in the process of trying to rope him into some kind of relationship. Instead of "yeah he's banging me, and I'm trying to get him to possibly commit", the whole "were talking" sounds much better to her. It's a charade
