Deleting my account issues.

Hello,

I had send a request to delete my account through "contact us" and i haven't heard back for a month, i don't believe i had received any emails in response to that.

I believe that all threads( including journals) and comments will be deleted is that right?

I hope the management team of @Chase can resolve this issue as soon as possible.
