Difference between Chasing and Leading?

Hey guys,

I've been examining some things in my journal/memory and it seems to be that I am confusing chasing with leading. Finding that balance between showing too little interest and too much interest, aka the right amount of interest.

I think you are confusing the difference between "Chasing" vs "Persistency", which this article will explain everything:

"Leading", is the absolute opposite of chasing.
I'll give a few examples:

- When you're at a bar with a girl, and you want to move somewhere, you don't ask her if she would like to go somewhere else. You either suggest the idea or you command her by saying "Come, let's go somewhere more quiet", and you lead her away.

- Your eyes meet hers across the room. She is sitting down on a sofa opposite you. You DON'T go to her, you signal that she should come sit next to you instead, by patting on the seat beside you, waiting for her to move TO you. That's leading.

To put it simply - you're not a leader until you have a follower. If you're leading, someone must be doing the following.
