Hello everyone,
I'm currently in Lyon, France, and I find myself bitching about the women here. They are hot, but I swear to God if I run into another hardcore leftist chick freaking out about climate change, I'm going to... uh... keep applying to full remote jobs with the goal of moving someplace else.
Which is why I'm wondering, how much of this is me having bad internal beliefs, blaming certain failures of my game on the girls I meet, and how much of it is the difference in cities? For an example of the later, I've spent a fair amount of my life in Paris, where there are also lots of hot girls. I once went to Edinburgh on vacation, and I remember when I got back to Paris, the difference in hotness with Edinburgh just struck me. Girls in Paris were *noticeably* hotter than Edinburgh.
which has me thinking, if average hotness in a city can vary, why can't average openess/chilllness/not being a pretentious hipster with her head so far up her ass that going on a coke binge and calling it "overthrowing the capitalist system" in a city vary as well?
I'd be interested to hear other people's thoughts and experiences on the subject.
It may be useful, if anonymity isn't too much of a concern, to mention a bit about people's backgrounds for context. I'm in my early thirties, originally French but spent a good chunk (10+ years) of my early life in America and England, and the rest in France, mostly in Paris, Marseille and Lyon, with occasional short (<1 month) vacations abroad.
