Do you see her around often? Can you catch her in person at all? That would make it a lot easier.

Try and text her again tomorrow or the next day. If not I'd next her for a week or so and then try again. Approach other girls and get a date lined up. Girl intuition usually gets a girl to text me when I have another girl in the queue

And no the only way I could see her again is if I go to her work, granted I get food from there all the time but usually other people pick it up, she would probably know I was chasing if I went and just so happened to be picking up pizza etc

Hey man, I know you're excited about getting the number (this is a good thing when you're starting out), but understand that the majority of the numbers you get won't lead to anything, so try to keep your emotions in check.

If she doesn't reply with a day that she's free, then she's wasting your time, and you can forget about her. Think about how you would react if this were a guy you just met. You keep inviting him out, but he never responds when you ask about his schedule. I'd being willing to bet you'd quickly forget about him after he ghosted you the first time: "If he doesn't want to hang out, then fuck em." Don't let people jerk you around, male or female.

Dude, you asked her when she was free. ProblemSolving gave you the response. If she is free she will let you know. Wait till she responds, if she doesn't she is not interested. Texting her again will be needy and solve nothing, she has a life too.

I would say not to go and see her at work, shes putting up barriers and offering no way for you to get around them. Is how I see it. Your neediness, which is showing through this post... is off putting, it may even translate to real life. Just be patient and wait. Do other things. Meet other people.

I think she is definitely inexperienced, I'm still worried though that the attraction window has closed or is about to close and if I don't go see her now that it's too late

I should have just gone and seen her when she first invited me out and made a joke about it (so now whenever we hang out its gonna be at work, can we get your boss to play beer pong with us or something?) and then led it to "whens your break" and gotten her to come with me over it

See this is bad because 1) I can't tell if she is lying about being at work or not, so if she is and I show up and she's not there and I just turn around and walk away I will look weird to the other employees she works with plus 2) if I text her about when her break is she won't be able to respond because she lied about working

I can't predict her schedule, she claims she is working right now but could be lying
I could go to her work (its like 10 minutes away) and walk in and say hi to her and just do that perfect grin thing and say "so this is where we are gonna hang out all the time now huh? are you gonna put more customers on hold just to talk to me? (she actually did that)" and get her all laughing and stuff, and ask her when her break is, OR when she gets off work
