Similar scenarios could be used as tests, girls can read a lot about that particular Guy's personality. Say they notice a a cute and interesting guy, but he doesn't do much. So they can easily throw some test at him:

Shy guy would most likely be ashamed, he would look the ground and walk away from those girls, he would be hurt. Asshole would maybe laugh, maybe throw some sexual words back at them: "You can still suck my dick bitches". Nice Guy would say something nice to decrease the tension, or just pretend that he didn't hear anything. He could be insulted. Lover would perhaps just throw a sexy smile at them and join their group with genuine: "Let's see, I need about three lucky volunteers to go with me to the bathroom, to find out what is the truth", and he would give a deep look to those girls he has chosen...
