If I remember correctly, one of the senior board members left a comment in one of his articles saying he was a Taurus.

He goes by Anatman, maybe you've heard of him? ;)

It's an interesting subject. On the one hand, it's rather easy to make a quick blanket statement saying, "Of course it's real, how could you not believe it?" or, "Nah man, shit's just a woo-woo, mumbo-jumbo game." But that doesn't do much to convince anyone.

But let's take the topic and do something interesting by delving into some possibilities.

Option 1 - It's very true, and you're naturally inclined to be a certain way.

With this option, you're going to have pros and cons to your sign. Whether you like or dislike the attributes of your sign, some of them will aid you, and some will hinder you. This being the case with every sign, know that there will be other signs wishing they had more of your ascribed attributes, and less of theirs.

But - and this is one big booty - even if it is, remember what we all learned in biology man: nature vs. nurture. We all had this big discussion about which one plays a bigger part, and while scientific evidence is still out on it, most academics agree that people are about equally influenced by nature and nurture. Now, let's say that your astrological sign accounts for a a significant portion of that nature half, that leaves you with the possibility of MASSIVE potential on the nurture side. I can guarantee you that if you put the time in and work diligently and smart to get better with women, regardless of other guys' signs, you'd be way better with women than any of those other signs who hadn't built up their skill-set to the quality you had.

Also, I've given a look through the Taurus sign, and I can see why you'd be frustrated, given the fact that some of the assertions made are contradictory to the methodology taught at Girlschase. But I'd ask you two things,

1. Do you even agree with what the sign is attaching to you, and does it seem to fit you accurately?
2. What are the particular traits you're not happy with reading about, and how many of those are accurate?

Ultimately, even if astrology is true, you still have enormous potential for building an incredible skill-set with women, and this is key to remember!

and there's always
Option 2 - it's totally bunk.

In which case, you have no need to be upset with or concerned about your sign! :)

Maybe astrology's influence is great, maybe it is small, maybe it's somewhere in the middle. Realistically, we just don't know. But that doesn't mean it should be used as a self-loathing tool if you're not happy with what it hands you at birth.

Besides, I've known some very cool cats who were Taurus, and some believed in astrology, while others didn't. But that didn't stop any of them from being guys you'd want to have in your friend circle, or guys who did well with women.

There is nothing wrong with being a Taurus..I am a taurus. We are known to be exceptionally stubborn. Stubbornness can be bad, but if you know how to use it and harness it then it can be a powerful tool.

I wouldn't get too worried over astrological signs. Don't let it define you.

Horoscopes are ridiculous. None of it has any real substance and horoscopes are for weak people who would rather look to a fortune cookie for guidance than control their own life. That's my 2 cents. No one is going to deny any of the positive traits attributed to their own sign, and most are so general anyways that anyone could say "yeah, that's totally me". Pointless.

I believe their is a bit of serendipitous truth behind it. I've tried for years to prove it wrong but have had minimal luck in doing so.

Interesting that it may be it can be detrimental if you allow yourself to become identified with your personality traits to the point of being a victim.

I knew a guy getting into learning success with women who was a Virgo and claimed up and down that Virgo's are not extroverted and that's why it was soooo much harder for him to learn pickup than another average guy because of his zodiac sign.

Don't be this guy.

As avalanche brought up you can work to fix and change these traits. In fact I think that's a cool thing about zodiac is it simply helps you to get to know yourself better. Then you can fix or feature your weaknesses as needed.

There might be something on it, who knows. I believe that certain position of different stars may influence planets such Earth, possibly just through gravity, but there might be different forces that we are not aware of at this time...

Look at quantum mechanics, there are simply things that the brightest humans living today don't understand... even Einstein was refusing reality of those things, which were proven to be true by many experiments...

So who knows? I tent to believe that what we perceive as Reality is not true reality. Not sure how to explain it, but in our minds we see only things that we want to see. Our senses are also very limited, just take our eyes - we "see" only very small portion of electromagnetic spectrum, we don't see e.g. ultraviolet or Xrays, but they are there... Imagine we were able to see the whole electromagnetic spectrum. The entire World we live in would be totally different...

Are we real? Well, sure, as humans we feel real, hit your toe with a hammer and see if the pain is not real. To you the pain is more than real... At the same time, we are just bunch of atoms, the same atoms that were once part of stars... The same atoms that are more than 99% empty space... So in analogy, you hit an empty space with a hammer, and you feel pain? Seriously, think about it, there is just so much we still don't understand...

How do we know that atoms that are part of our body are not influenced by atoms from distant stars? We just don't know, we have no clue. Who claims that it is not possible simply doesn't know what is he talking about...
