Does cold approach depends on mostly her or u?

There's something he said that's quite interesting.
He said the majority of women's reaction has nothing to do with u when u approach them. 60% of the time her reaction will depend on her background, mood...etc, and 40% of the time it will depend on u.

So I'm just wondering how true is this statement?
and does great fundamentals tip the ratio towards u? I certainly hope so.

He is right, there is a great deal of randomness to cold approaching. Even with the tightest fundamentals there is going to be rejection, so every guy must accept that. However, it's impossible to say how big of a role you played in your own success or rejection. What you can be sure of is that good fundamentals greatly improve your odds of success.
