  1. Catch her attention
  2. Interest bait: “Have you ever noticed...” These are great ways to preface a reality pace.
  3. Truism based on the environment: “The personality of a professor... can make each lecture a completely different experience.” This is true for just about any professor. It also merges seamlessly with her environment, since the vast majority of girls you will meet on campus are about to attend a lecture, or have left a lecture hall recently.
  4. Pacing: “Exactly, some profs are so boring it’s a miracle if you learn anything at all.” Pacing is the art of acknowledging what she says in an interesting yet completely relatable way, by showing a deeper empathetic understanding of her experience. Now observe how this part of the example also starts taking a smooth turn to better topics afterward.
  5. Leading: “... and notice something fascinating in the way this person speaks.” After making use of listing to move the conversation toward more interesting aspects of the same topic, you are also telling her to pay more attention to the fascinating way you are speaking to her.
  6. Further shifting: “You feel this motivation to discover more.” This is optional but recommended if you want to continue making use of potent frame control to lead to more exciting topics. Because in this example, after shifting things just a little further, the conversation becomes centered around guiding her emotions, which helps you build more compliance.

Where can I learn this type of conversational methods? Is this primarily NLP?

Personally, I learned all of my NLP stuff from David Snyder. I've personally, focused more on the hynotherapy side of things so my conversational hypnosis skills could use a lotta work. But I do recommend Snyder for anyone looking to get into it

He's a little salesy, but he has some great free stuff on YouTube. And the few courses I've bought from him have been well worth the purchase
