I think when she sees a guy show up with a camera and a small crew, she knows he's some kind of influencer and playing along might boost her social status rather than lower it.

Girls have seen those reels before.

There's probably a feeling of "Oh wow this is actually happening to me?! Gotta make the most of it!"

I wouldn't look at those to emulate.

Maybe grow an Instagram with over 100k followers, show up with your camera crew and have girls participating, then grab their contact and see how many you pull.
