Hi all,
I just read Chase's article on effort aversion and for the sake of accountability I decided to start this public journal. I'm sick of myself reading blog articles on the site and not taking any actual action apart from small things (like within social circles), so I've decided to seriously step it up a notch.
First off, I'm a student, not much experience with women, I believe myself to be decently good but I have a lot of things to work on, and I want to get way better.
To start I've decided to pick one venue this week, which is the supermarket, I always notice so many good-looking girls doing their evening grocery shopping. I'm going to open to 3 different women, using situational openers and if I muster the courage direct openers. I'm going to start off simple as I have literally never done a cold approach. I'm not seeking to get any numbers just establish contact.
As long as I haven't accomplished this I stay in the supermarket, so if I don't do it I will eventually know every aisle by heart and look like an idiot doing tours and tours of the supermarket.
Also note to myself to not go too late as the place gets way too crowded.
Cheers,
Don John
