Energy drops in night game

Hello hello, gentlemen. Have you ever been night gaming and all of a sudden your energy level crashes? Sometimes it happens in the middle of a seduction. I am curious your thoughts on this kind of scenario specifically as well as your thoughts on low energy game. I am a somewhat introverted person with strong extroverted qualities. I can be very "on" but often times it is in shorter bursts. I tend to be very witty and charming and have built a lot of game around this aspect of my personailty. So when my energy drops I struggle with night game. For example, last night I am talking with this woman at a loud crowded bar and we are hitting it off. all of a sudden my energy drops and lose all interest in banter and crowds and all that. maybe I could move the interaction say we change venues. But it is not there yet and the move would be uncalibrated. In this scenario I just bounced, said have a good night cleared my mind in the cool evening air. Low energy, not feeling super talkative, night game. Have at it boys, let me know how you make it work!

I’m nit kidding, have a protein bar with you and eat it when you experience this. And drink water. Works for me.

Hey! Your issue is not an unusual one. Many nightgamers face this issue (myself included). I will start off by saying that it is normal.

Now, what the exact cause is will be hard to pint-point.

But there are 3 things you need to have in back of your heard:
- Night game takes place late at night (some are not night owls)
- Night game is a very physical activities. You take so many steps during a night out... it is insane... that's why you feet are itching when you get home!
- Night game takes place in dry and hot environments (body heat causes it)

And then top this off with booze...

What happens? Very likely... you will feel tired.

The first issue is dehydration. Most people make this mistake - they get dehydrated in field. And nobody really notices it, nor do they feel thirsty. But this issue is easy to solve...
- Drink water ... duh! most bars will give you free water if not, take an empty glass and drink from the bathroom (if tap water is safe to drink where you live)
- Drink less

Usually, simply by countering the dehydration issue, which ironically is often neglected, you may notice a significant difference.

Then there are other issues... (the above may not concern you, but they may).

One of them is that people consume sugary or caffeinated drinks - thinking about cocktails and long drinks, or drinks involving energy drinks (vodka redbull, jaegerbomb, etc). These drinks will give this kick in energy but that energy will quickly fade away and you will crash. It is better to stick to beer, pure liquors (whisky etc... but make sure to drink water next to it) and wine (rose is my go-to). I stay away from sweetened drinks in field.

The other issue is the FOOD people eat before heading out. Heading out is an activity that is considered leisure and many people eat "leisure food" before and after heading out (burgers, pizza, kebab's etc...).

Don't!

Your mood will crash. You don't get all the key nutrients. Additionally, there is sugar and fat that is hard for your system to digest.

Every pro nightgamer eats a healthy meal before heading out. I am taking... unprocessed meat, eggs, veggies, and so on. What did I eat last night? Poke Bowl with black rice (super healthy rice), brocollis, quinoa, feta cheese, roasted nuts, dried berries, sweet potatoes and hummus.

I mean can't get any more healthy than that. What did I eat tonight?

Beef Couscous, with a beef stew, baked peppers, baked zucchini, carrots and cabbage....

Compare this with what you eat and see if perhaps the problem is there!

Also the ideal time to eat is around 2 hours before heading out.

Aside from the usual "get enough sleep" and all that, I also recommend you have a nice cup of strong single estate loose leaf tea. The theanine and the caffeine gives you a mellow boost that doesn't fade out quickly (contrary to coffee). The go-to teas most of the experienced nightgamer drink is gyokuro because it is a bomb in caffeine and L-theanine (theanine makes you social).

I can also advice the following:
- Panax Ginseng (Red Ginseng) in capsules. Take one before heading out, or when in field (not infront of bouncers though). This is a clear energy boosted.
- L-Tyrosin - boosts dopamine and "sociality". Talk to your doctor or pharmacist first if you are on certain medications.
- Catuaba extract - also a booster that makes you horny (aphrodisiac)

I also crank up my vitamin B intake as well as my Vitamin B intake before heading out.

These are my advice. Experiment and see what works for you and let us know how it goes!

This Is unusual, you are saying you were just talking and you had a sudden crash? This usually happens if you work or worked out, or did some type of physical activity, then you went clubbing or if you masturbated or had sex pre clubbing... finally lack of sleep the night you went clubbing.... what is unusual is sudden In a middle of a conversation, usually you start the night like this and you stay like that or you start like this and get momentum out of it... sudden unusual unless you were dancing all night...also the first couple of times of night game are tough cause body not used to it eventually body will get used to it

I'm with @Skills that it's unusual to crash mid-conversation.

My guess would be that one of the following occurred:

  1. You started feeling it wasn't going anywhere, or not going anywhere fast enough, and mentally gave up
  2. You realized it WAS going somewhere, but you didn't really want the girl, and it depressed you, so you crashed
  3. You realized it was going somewhere, but felt like you were out of your depth with this girl/seduction, thus crashed

Unless it's physiological, or even if there was a physiological element contributing to it, there was something happening in your mind that precipitated the crash.

I would look for what that was and think about how I want to resolve that in future outings so the same crash won't reoccur.

Solid tips here @Teevster. I am definitely a not of a freak about my health so a lot of these elements are pretty much routine. Love the L-tyrosine and Catuba reccomendation. I am getting well into my 30's and my libido has dropped a bit. Even though I regularly practice no fap and even some tantric exercises I don't really get that ragging everyday horniness when I am just talking to an attractive woman, like I used to. That can definitely be a helpful driving force.

@Chase appreciate the perspective here. You are definitely hitting on some of the root cause here. It's more of a mental thing than a physical thing. It's like I am just getting annoyed with the seduction process for one of the three reasons you listed and I mentally eject from the game. I have always had more of a day game. I have had decent success with night game but I often have trouble with all the logistics and stimulation and competition for attention. I also in general have a bad habit of ejecting too soon when I feel it is moving too slow or I am not quite hooking. Happened tonight even. I was talking to a total babe (the only gal I would have really wanted to connect with) and there was some energy but we didn't quite hook. She started to get distracted and I said it was nice talking. I knew I could probably open her again if I worked the room more and came back later in a smooth way. I also could have possibly landed on a less stunning but still cool gal as well. Previous to my interaction with her I had encountered some way more eager but far less appealing prospects. It was frustrating. I had already been working the venue for a couple hours and was just kind of over it. After I have been working a venue that long and don't have any really solid leads I tend to get frustrated and lose confidence in the evening. I start to get too in my head about how I could have run this interaction better or that interaction better and so on. I lose my gusto and stop giving a fuck. Didn't want to chat up more strangers and all those motions. This is making me realize I need a good wingman as well. I always go out alone. A wingman ould help me keep my head in the game handle distractions and be a solid social presence when there is not quite any one to talk to in the moment.

I've experienced this before and it's mostly a beginner problem given that you were taken care of everything else. the reason is most likely you were feeling nervous and running low on energy. when you are in interaction, you are using a lot of your energy and emotions especially when you are new to the game, you need to systemically create steps out for your pull to close process, handle objections, attitude from the girls (happens when she's horny), logistics and etc.

Yeah, definitely a mental fatigue thing. Though not because I am a beginner. I have been gaming for quite some time and have had my share of success. I do keep bumping up against the same sort of blocks though and for some reason make rookie mistakes. That's why I joined this forum. I want to a: share my journey and knowledge with others where I can. and b: stop falling on my face or getting mediocre results when I know can and have done better. Appreciate the feedback form every one here. Thank you!
