Feeling stuck? Do it more, and more and more (but be smart)

I think the title is self-explanatory: if you are stuck on some aspect of your game, just do it more - but be sure to get smart about how you go about it.

What most guys do wrong is that they don't quantify their successes and failures and don't know their numbers.
E.g.
- guy goes out, approach 2-3 sets, gets nowhere and comes back here to complain;
- guy goes on 2-3 dates, don't get laid and comes back here to complain;
- guy have sex with one girl, she stops to give him attention, he freaks out and comes back here to complain;

What's the best way to fix it? Quantify everything!

When we are trying to loose weight, we need to quantify our calories and macros and track body weight daily. When we want to get good with women (both on seduction and relationships) we need to write down both the raw numbers and the results.

A good way to do it is to write regularly on a journal.

But the fastest way to improve is to get a notepad (phone, PC or even a real one) and write down what you did on that day and what you expect to achieve on the next day, week and month.
- Got out to sarge in a bad state? Look at what you did before, how was your day, your work, etc. Find ways to improve your mood (like sarging right after a workout, when endorphin is high);
- Got stuck on first dates? Find the best strategy that suit your needs;
- Trouble to isolate or getting her to come over? Look for texting examples on how to get compliance;

Measurement serves two purposes:

1. It makes you motivated. It is in human nature that whenever someone is given a score based on something he did, it motivates him to improve his score.
2. It gives you a clear idea about the reality and helps you make effective future strategies.

Example 1) A 40-50 meet/lay ratio is ok, but how are you going to get laid if you only approached 5 girls? If you are a beginner and want to get laid with 3 chicks, approach 150 girls!!! That's the number to shoot for! Divide that by day (like 5 approaches/day) and in less than 2 months you gonna get 3 chicks in your bed. Also be sure to write down sticking points and things you think you need to improve. Then you come back here with reasonable doubts, which in turn is gonna make experienced guys want to chime in and help. See how it works?

Example 2) The same goes for online, if you choose that route. A 200-300 match/lay ratio is expected, so chances are you will need to automate the process once you get your pictures and bio right (or else you gonna waste a ton of time and get burned out). So if you are a beginner and wanna get laid with 3 chicks from online, you need to match with 600 chicks. From those you exclude the ones that don't answer or are not attractive, and focus on the ones that are cute/hot and are giving you some attention.

It is not that hard!
Be organized, measure everything and soon you gonna see your results improving.
