first date is a lunch date - any advice?

So I thought asking this female to lunch was a good idea for getting to know her. I just started talking to her last week. We work in the same building (different companies) so i thought it may be a good idea.

Any advice for this date? I was just thinking of taking her to lunch at a café somewhere close but was wondering if its too much to ask her to get a drink after work for the same day or if i should ask her for another day? If i do ask her for another day should i ask her at lunch or later?

And, obviously physical progression will be difficult in this situation. She does know i am interested so she doesn't think it is a business meeting or anything like that. She also gave me her number unprompted from me which may be a sign she is interested as well. Is there any excuse for physicality at lunch? or in reference to above question is it ok to ask her to drinks for the night of the lunch so i could possibly have a chance to progress physically?

If you want to ask her for a drink that day then I wouldn't do lunch also, it may seem like a bit much unless you really hit it off. Plus you will have more time together after work
