Hey everyone, newbie here. Love the site Chase - really pumped my dating life up!
Ive taken a few girls out using the principles on the site, culminating in meeting an ex gf (that im most interested in) for tea. This post is an account of my date with that ex. Basically, how do your rules change when dealing with an ex? Someone who knows you, who's slept with you many times before, who you have a bit of history with, etc?
Summary:
-invited her home to watch a TV show (after a 1pm tea date)
-pulled her to sit next to me.
-kissed her, make out, clothes off, foreplay, sex
-gives me a post-coital massage; i continue carressing and embracing her. i like this girl.
-grabbed food from the fridge; fed her.
-she stayed over for ~3-4 hours after; she layed on me, we watched TV, cuddled, joked around; i kissed her ear and cheek intermittently. I was affectionate.
-drove her to the subway around 8:30pm that day.
Aftermath:
- texted her around 10pm that night that I had fun. no response (i assume a response isnt necessary to this text?)
- texted her 2 days later, using your texting guidelines (name, salutation, information, consideration). no response
Questions:
-around 5:30, i began asking if she wanted to leave. I know that you say, Chase, to let them stay the night if they want to. Could this be why shes being aloof? I assumed, since the sex happened so early in the day, she'd like to go home and relax.
-when i dropped her at the subway and we said bye, we embraced but I didnt go for a kiss on the lips: she kissed my cheek, pulled away, and said "are you really going to let that go?" meaning, "Are you really going to let me leave without kissing me?" I of course kissed her lips goodbye. I was just nervous, and scared that SHE didnt want to kiss ME goodbye, so I didnt go for it.
-IF shes aloof because the sex was a let down for her, wouldnt she be interested in a re-do, since Im an ex, and she knows what Im capable of?
I assumed I could make up for these mistakes by texting her that night, and again a few days later. But ive gotten no responses.
Since shes an ex, could she have just been looking for some sex? Felt lonely? etc.
