Flake and radio silence after that?

Hi everyone

I want your advices on how to handlae this situation :

I asked a girl from my extened social circle with wich i have a very good vibe, and she was ver yexisted about our meeting (at least seems to) but the day of the meeting, she falkes don't show up, her phone is dead.

I mostly fellowed the idea of GC in m process, about asking girls out ad on making the infirmationla date on my shedule so this don't bother me.

But even after that she is in radio silence no appology message, either on facebook or sms, trought i now that she readed my sms ,( i got the delivey signal).

This is the second time she act that way, we palanned a date long tim ago and it was this very same pattern.
Existed for the meeting.
texting her like a 1 hour/30 minutes befor the meeting
her: no response at that moment and no reposne at all after that on any communication tool ever, even if we are both logged oin facebook!

The first time she did that, i decided to not talk to her or initiate any conversation with her, but i tought this had sened her on "auto rejection".

So for this second time what dio you advices, do i keep silent too and move on or try to talk to her to see what happened , even if i see this latter option as a disrespect of my self, ialso think that the girl don't know how to handle the situation too perhaps, knowing me that i'am not a chump who accept bad treatments.

By the way i'am asking this after having fellowing this article , after 3 shot i lived the ball on her court. And after that no signe from the girl.

And one day i re tried the process, 3 shot and the same thing , what is bothering me is that whenever i talk to the girl , she is very warm and very exited about the idea.

Is she playing games?

Another question here is how to deal when a girl Flake (assuming that you sent the pre meeting text) and go radio silence, no call no text to explaine herself or try to reshedule, zero nada. What to do , Going radio silence too or calling/texting her some time latter to see "How she was"?

i tried wiht the radio silence too, ot stay with both of us like that, with the girle sometime feeling guily and shamefull about what she didi and don't know how to talk to me. Or she assume that since i didi'nt call her or tried to see what heppened to her, i don't care enough and i assumed that she falked purposefully because i'am used to girls doing me that and i'm bitter person.
