It could be any number of things:
1.) You didn't build a strong enough connection during the physical interaction
2.) Your texting game isn't calibrating
3.) Your fundamentals need tweaking
I'm not saying you did all or any of these, but those are just general reasons. What do your text messaging convo's look like? Any in-person dialogue you remember?

From what you described to me, your fundamentals sound solid enough.
You said your scheduling meetups (sounding like over text), so texting may not be it, either. I'd been getting the feeling that a first text of this length (your content is actually fantastic) is a little overbearing, though I know Chase recommended it. But just in case, check out this post I got from Franco. I've been getting girls out much more consistently after he replied: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2579.
