Congratulations to @Fluxcapacitor, just raised to the rank of Tribal Elder.
We discussed him a while back and agreed "There's a guy who deserved the Tribal Elder rank -- if he returns to the Boards at some point we need to move him up!"
He's recently returned with a new (and characteristically upbeat!) report, and we've finally ranked him to the top.
