I've hit a wall recently. I go out with the intention of working on a new thing (today its implicit value) and as soon as I start the conversation, I get into the conversation and I lose sight of my goal. its really frustrating. I also wanted to work on facial expressions, and again I just completely forget. Any advice for keeping myself focused?

-Meditation is all around great for focus, healing, and figuring out what is the root of your issues. Maybe pick up some literature on "mindfulness." It is basically staying in the moment and observing it, which can be done at any moment.

-Keep a general journal, great for keeping track of progress and venting your thoughts to yourself. Sometimes you say things that were in your subconscious that once fleshed out can be addressed.

-Reframe the goal from, "I have to do it" to "Of course, I'm going to do it" (with a chuckle that you even doubted yourself). This change is a change of angle from a insecure, "maybe I'll do it, I hope I'll do it, I need to do it or I'm going to be ticked at myself mindset," to a "I got this, What else do I have going on? Oh yeah," confident, collected, outcome independent mindset.

Have fun, relax :)
