I came across this video today by Tony Solo from the Natural Lifestyle. It's cool to see him post his own videos because you don't see him much on the TNL channel. And after watching him explaining some of the stuff on his channel, you can tell he really understands a lot about women. In this video, he explained what masculine energy is and it's very similar to what Richard's telling me recently via PM about following your instinct/body.

Richard wrote:

If you touch a girl and she rejects it - that's for a good reason but your mind will see it as a failure. Be wary of that as well, and trust that there's a purpose in everything you do.

This really resonates with Tony's story about how he wanted to hold a girl's hand but got rejected. Then later on when he tried to kiss her and she kissed him back. This just goes to show the importance of following your instinct/your truth. Anyway, enjoy the video!
