Foreign women in workplace

I’ve been reading a few articles on GC about getting
girls in the workplace. It’s been quite helpful.
I work in a warehouse where there’s many foreign women. There’s this one woman (greek) who has caught my eye. I always catch her looking my way but I never initiated a conversation.

Keep in mind that I’m leaving this current job before the end of the month.

My questions:

1) should I start the conversation with a compliment? Or more indirect?

2) English isn’t her first language so how do I overcome the language barrier?

I'm no expert in this field, but I would do the following:
1. be direct with her at your workplace, much like day game and compliment any jewllery/style/painted nails/whatever
- this should include a bit of touching of said complimented item, maybe take her hand to admire that nail polish
2. depending on how big a barrier language is, take out your phone, open the contacts app and move to the add contact screen. Hand her the phone.
3. text and meetup that evening, with sex being the date and nothing else

If shes open to steps 1 and 2, shes cool with 3.

Step 3 would be great but our country is on lockdown (Coronavirus). It would have to wait a few weeks to a few months.
Usually we’d go to a coffee shop near my place or something similar.

I'd never advocate it, but if you want a chance with the woman step 3 would be your best bet. I'm pretty sure texting a girl for months on end with a language barrier will not go so well.
