What’s up g’s

Saw another guy on here posting his testosterone journal and it looked kinda fun so I’ll be posting my testo journal here for the time being. Hopefully it’ll be a good way to stay accountable/quit being a pussy.

Overall the main point of this is to get out of my own head, to shut off and just do. So I’ll try in occasionally post how I feel here, too, going through this.

Here’s my workouts, basically two parts
- Weight lifting in the mornings (my gym’s weights are outside and its already trip digits here)
- And cardio and boxing/wrestling practice at night

I’m also reading BKS Iyengar’s Light on Yoga, which is a pretty dope summation of every yoga pose you’ll practically ever need. I plan on doing the basic poses everyday before I head out to the gym

On top of that I quit the porn recently and needless to say that shit is hard—like harder than quitting drinking smoking, drugs, all of it combined.

As far as diet goes, I almost always eat take out since coivd hit, (gives me a reason to go out) either subway subs with everything on it (except for their cheap jalapenos…) or legit homemade mexican food.

Supplements, I only take l-arginine, helps blood flow, more oxygen to muscles/pp
