Fun, flirty responses to "you have really cold hands"?

This is something I get a lot and last night wasn't quite sure how to respond to it. I'm thinking something along the lines of "no, I think you're just too hot" could work, but am curious to hear if you guys have any others.

It depends on the context and where in the interaction you are.
A couple examples:

Just banter

"Then you haven't felt my heart ;)"
"Your hands are really hot. You might have fever, or even corona. I think I have to keep my distance to you tonight ;) *Light pushaway*"
If you want to escalate
"I know you want to hold my hand but we just met each other.*Holding her hand, and lightly pushing it away* But you are quite cute, so I'll do an exception for you if you behave nicely. Come here. *Grab her hand again*"

Haha, I thought about saying "just like my heart" but thought it was too cliche. But cliche would have been better than stumbling over my words. DML, those are some good ones, going to file them away.

Is saying "no, I think you're just too hot" placing her on a pedestal too early? (this was just after introducing ourselves). I feel like it could work well later on once you've built more rapport.

@Mooser dude! If you think it's placing her on a pedestal saying she's too hot it'll seem like that. You can be very ambiguous with this do you just mean temperature or do you mean she's attractive. You can be playful and use push pull or keep going so she thinks she's attractive hot and then flip your wording to keep her guessing.

Alternatively flip it and say it's because you're a really cool guy. You could couple it up with a bit of arrogance, I know, I look so hot it's surprising, I must be really cool. What's cooler than being cool? Ice cold!
