Background:
So, this happened. I recently met a girl online and things went the usual route, we had a brief but fun conversation. She was curious to know more about me but I kept my eye on the ball and asked her out since she seemed really into me. We agreed to meet up for a date at a place that was very large and public in between us (about a half hour drive, lesson learned: have her come to you... in all ways XD). I went there a day ahead of time to see if there was any nooks or crannies we could get away to and found a few. The next day (the day of the date) I message her about an hour or two before the date to let know where I'd meet her. She didn't reply so I assumed she got the message when snapchat (the forum we used to talk after our first encounter online) said the message was opened, so I drove up to the date location and meant to text her I was running late but couldn't since I was on the highway. I ended up sending the message saying I was running late after I arrived and found she wasn't were we agreed to meet. I waited another ten minutes then went about the behemoth of a mall we were originally going to meet at to see who else I could meet (cold approach). I ended up going home with nothing accept the knowledge that I gotta deal with approach anxiety (again, although that's not really something I need help with anymore. Just gotta get out more). I get home and hop online, she's active on the dating cite but hasn't blocked me like most girls usually do when we part ways like this. I check snapchat, she still hasn't open my late message 2 hours later. I'm left wondering what actually happened.
Question:
When a girl just doesn't show up to a date like this and says nothing, is there anything a guy can do when he's (probably) just a little too late for the date (other than meet other people, I'm already doing this)?
