I think the ideal way to deal with this type of situation is to use, self deprecating humor. You can't ignore it or you'll seen weak and invite more insults, and you can't take it seriously or people will really start to think youre getting mad because you really do have a baby dick and are inexperienced. You could've yelled out loud: "baby dick? Bitches love baby dicks!"

Drexel is right. I'd like to add to his response that there's nothing genuine you could have done to "win" in this situation. Even if you said or did the right thing, your non-verbals would have betrayed you, and the group would have seen straight through your facade.
