Girl wont budge...what should I do?

Hey Guys I need your help. I know the typical boy girl story. Boy likes girl in class(Me), boy approaches girl, girl is unreactive and giving one word answers,not showing any kind of interest at all, not smiling or looking at me at all. Now i know I could have open her a little better( told her...Id have to cancel our wedding plans...of course half ass response) but she wouldn't budge. I tried to make her laugh and make conversation but...it just wont happen. She knows I like her but, I havent been able to get her to open. I figured I should do talk about myself but learned it doesnt really work. I recently read an article about chase when he mentioned how he got some girls...who showed no interest by moving forward. I was about to just go all out in just ask her on a date...or get her number..it was pretty obvious that she wasn't attracted to me(yet), so i didn't do it. I wanted to try something else but I didn't want to start chasinSWg her or annoying her. Shes still in my class... And class and hasn't given me a green light or a red light. So whats the best way to handled this situation? Btw...she knows i like her

You haven't even asked her out, so how'd you know she wouldn't budge? Ask her out in a calm cool fashion, don't make it a big deal.

If she bites cool, if she doesn't that's also cool. You move on. Don't chase. She'll respect that at least you tried and are a man not afraid of going after what he wants.

Yes, ask her tomorrow. Don't waste time. You like her. The longer you wait, the worst it gets. This way by asking her, you get an answer.

Just say something chill in the middle of your conversation "So say, what's you your schedule look like for the rest of the week? Wanna grab coffee together?" Something in the vain, not particularly word for word. But you get my gist. Even if she says no or gives excuses, she knows you're not angling to be just friends.

And if she's somewhat open, but doesn't give you full committal. Try again in about ten to twelve days to see if she bites. But remember, don't chase.

You don't. If she's not into you, she's not into you. So find common interests, deep-dive her, get preselection w/ other pretty girls, get social proof where she sees you doing cool stuff, etc. But at the end of the day, it's the girl who chooses/accepts us, not vice versa. We're just trying to make that choice easier. If you just want to ask her out anyways, you're doing it as a way to break her out of auto-pilot... risky, and could work, or could get you shot down. That's not asking her out, bud! You need to ask her out directly for a coffee/yogurt or something small and easy. That being said, this girl sounds like she's not interested in you at all (and is possibly annoyed by you at this point), so it's probably best just to drop it and move faster with another girl in your class (or at your school).
