I think it depends. I live in a rural area where there are few sources of women. Where I work is the largest for me (resort) with lots of beautiful women who come to work there from around the world. I can't help myself.
If I lived in a city area with a larger population I would probably refrain. But I am only a man and it is really hard to help myself.

It really depends on the situation. If things blow up in your face, it could hurt your reputation in your work place. If you're working in a professional environment, it's probably a good idea to hold off if you can, assuming you value your reputation and career. Otherwise, I say have at it.
