Play down your role as a customer as much as possible - don't buy anything, unless you have to. If so, just buy a bottle of water or something dirt cheap.

Open and interact with the waitress in a very discreet manner. Tone down expressive movements and speak more quietly. Try to talk to her when her colleagues are not around.

Work on making a date, securing her number and get out of there asap, where you can escalate in a better place. Escalating to intimacy is unlikely to happen in her work environment.

Hope that helps.

Aside from what Ryan has stated in his posts, here's a recent feild report of mine about when I was interacting with a girl working in the mall. The whole idea is not to make it blatantly obvious. You want to have some particular reason to be in the store, mine was buying shoes. You also want to come in under the radar and make everything look natural.

    • You can easily screen if she has a boyfriend or not.

You also don't want to come off as creepy.

You want to maintain a smooth vibe, so you can shop at the store again without worries. This mainly comes with picking the right girl and telling the diifference from a girl who likes you vs. a girl who wants you to buy something!
