In my work I saw that there was an agreeable boss in a team having mostly unruly guys. And there was another team with a strong will boss in a team having mostly nice guys.

Meaning: Go extreme

With girls, there are nice girls who would work for you. Then there are girls that will try to humiliate you, question your judgement directly when you do not give small favours. This happens when you play the nicer boss.
