Hello Everyone,

I recently come across a blog post from the very famous PUA Neil Strauss! The article was outlining the difference between Pick Up and Seduction of the online seduction community that GC is somewhere somehow from and the classic Art of Seduction (AOS) from Robert Greene.

The first things I noticed from the article ( and I accept that it's just the opinion of one person) is the difference between the objectives of the two school and how to get them. The PUA try to go for fast sex and then get love on the other hand AOS focus on getting the person fall in love with you then having them physically and sexually surender and advise to not rish thing and go for long time if necessary.

Having studied both GC , and Robert Greene and even tried other schools of tought in field, and that i'am stiil learning and struggueling espetially with the last phases of closing.
I can say that even if in a lot fo wayss the advice of Chase and Robert Green are contradictory, both of them worked in the field many times and both of them didn't work in field many times too. Also, a fair number of good seducers I know who are not from the community and who get girls from Social circle and Work seems to follow more Green Approach.


This confuses me a little bit since I don't want to have a bad mix. Can anyone here who is more versed in the the Art give us the difference between the two and where and why the advcies can be at the same time so effective in field while beign opposite espetially in key concepts (Sex first Vs Love first | Go Fast Vs go Slow | Fundametals vs Natural charm .. etc)

IMO this supposed AOS is complete BS, reason I say that is girls drop you like a stone if you miss any kind of escalation window with them, which is easy to do by mistake, seriously they go from doe eyes and loads of touch and being all over you, to suddenly cold, remote and full of excuses, I have had this happen plenty of times, after the first few times you lose a really desirable girl like this you realize that going slow is extremely risky -- she may realize you are going slow deliberately to build tension and like it, or she may think you are being very genuine in wanting to get to know her better first and like it, but those scenarios are pretty rare, that's why average Joe gets sex pretty rarely. There are so many advantages to moving fast, that it's really no contest. For instance (a) you don't get over invested so if she isn't into it you can just cheerfully walk away, and (b) moving fast makes you look like a boss (a guy accustomed to getting what he wants when he wants, and is willing to assert himself to get it), and that's the most attractive thing to women.

Thank you for Ray for these clarifications.
And yes you're right about the moving fast thing. Since I started to apply on field, I realize how important this is for logistical reasons. Even if the game put less tension and mystery, usually in our fast paced and busy life, you don't get many shoots.
However, my current problem with moving fast is that ( and i('am sure it because I am learning calibration) is that I sddently start to look a little bit creepy and insistant, like the cool guy that I'am is suddenly becoming pushy, espetially with the flaky girels of my country.

The thing is , wiht the so many historical exemple, we can see many men making girls fall in love wiht them before even fucking them or any intimancy, how can this be possible?
