Hi, I have aspergers/on the spectrum though it's only very slight but I'm still on it nonetheless. Is there anyone out there who can recommend some really good books to become super charming and charismatic in social interactions (with both women and men)? Would be a lot of help. Thank you

Dale Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People" is great. Also get a good book on body language.
I remember, my mother recommended this when I was 16 but I never got around to reading it. Now 35 and never got laid, maybe I should have?

Hi,
I can't talk about how t become more charmng and charismatic ( I know some asperger guys that definitely are)

I can talk about the stuff that's going to be needed to keep the relationship going.
What you need to read up upon, is the way to affirm and accept emotions of others and how to respond to them.
Like for example someone mentions something that upsets him or her, how would you respond?
Learn how to respond empathically first and then make the other person feel at ease, and then after that, respond logically.
Often people with aspergers and autism don't do that.

I don't think this is for you OP, but in case some one with asperger who wants to learn basic social skills stumbles across this thread.

The author has Aspergers and the book has become somewhat of a cult classic on the topic: Improve Your Social Skills.

Yeah Dale Carnegie is a must. Biggest mistake, not just for pick up, is too not start out with that book. It's like the bible of charisma.

I've read a book like Small Talk by Debra Fine which is ok, it's mainly good at giving you a few lists of things too say to keep conversations going, but doesn't break down the psychology of human connection, which is essential, like Carnegie does.

I admire your honesty — with practice you can boost charisma. Start with How to Win Friends & Influence People, The Charisma Myth, and Quiet for social strategies. Small steps, roleplay, and feedback help. More tips here helpful guide.
