went well, nice flowing conversation and spent close to 2 hours together. I sent a text when I arrived home telling her I hope she arrived home safely and to wish her good luck on her presentation. She also viewed my online dating profile 7 times after our date

She responded to the text I sent on Sunday today and said

"Thanks for the message. I made it home safe. It was a pleasure meeting you and my presentation went well"

Does it sound like she is interested enough for me to ask her out again?

Sounds like a no my friend.

Pleasure meeting you is generally code for "I don't really see you as a lover."

If a first date goes really well and you don't kiss her or tell her you like her - she will generally text you later that night or the next morning. I.E. she will be chasing you.

I use online dating as well. For your sanity, don't read too much into how many times a girl looks at your profile.

However, if you haven't texted her since Sunday, try asking her out again - you've got nothing to lose - but DON'T chase.

I texted her yesterday to ask how she made out during the storm and was her AC fixed. She responded a couple hours later. I wanted to ask her out again on the phone not through texting

I will contact her one last time on friday

Start to emotionally detach yourself my friend.

The fact that you are also online helps. Start emailing as many girls as you can (within reason). You need to not think about her right now.

I would avoid too much of text contact, especially if she is close enough and not long distance. You don't want to be texting her over and over, it appears weak. You want to see her again, be close to her physically again.

Send her a brief text or call with something like: I really had a great time last time, why don't we go to XYZ? I can do We or Th, busy Fr and Sa (yes, you already have other girls to out with on those days! Watch how her interest will rise to find out what or who is so important that you don't have time for her on Fr evening!)

See how she replies, if she is interested she will go, if not she won't answer or she will make some silly excuse...

Not going to set up a date over text message, that to me looks WEAK

the right date makes getting her back home a piece of cake

Chase himself recommends setting up dates thought text. It's how people communicate nowadays. Plus, you can frame it as you being really busy and not having time for a proper call, BUT you'd love to see her again. I should mention, however, that this should happen as straightforwardly as possible. Texting should equal to a tool for setting up logistics. Send something among the lines of "Hey [name], I've been really busy with some projects lately and couldn't give you a proper call, but I'd love / like to see you when I get some free time. How is your schedule this weekend / week?"

the fact that she hasn't initiated any contact makes me not interested in treating her to anything on a 2nd date.

Don't let your ego get in your way to her pussy. It seems to me that you're somewhat invested in this girl, which in turn makes every thing a big of a deal to you. Don't let it be. Text her, go a date on her, and if all goes well, take her to bed. If she does not reply your text, then you can go on as cross her out of your life. You gotta be outcome independent: if she wants to see you, OK. If she doesn't, OK.

I already lost interest and have 2 dates this weekend

Since Tuesday not once did she initiate contact which means I was

1. Not thinking about her
2. Setting up other dates

And I put forth the efforyt, I text her after the date, I sent another text asking how she was and even tried to call and heard no voicemail

Then forget about her dude.

I went out with a girl last Saturday. It was amazing, pretty cure it was love at first sight. Things were going well, the tension was enormous and somehow she freaked out (we were talking about sex at one point, she was into it, we moved to a different, completely neutral topic and she jumped up and left) I called her the next day, nothing.

Called her again this morning and she "said it just isn't going to work out." It sucks, but there are other girls. I responded kindly, told her I like her, regret what happened and wished her well - best to be kind in those situations because you never know what the future holds.

Had a girl in a similar situation a while back where I moved too fast for her (missed that she put me in the BF category) called her a week after I messed up and she said she wasn't interested. Called her two weeks after that, she picked up the phone and we started seeing each other again.

Despite the articles on being an asshole and what not - I find it still better to be kind.

Learn from this, meet other girls and just keep growing.

I already was doing that and was just proving a point that she didn't seem to be interested and was not going to beg any girl to spend my money. I tried to avoid being used

You texted her too much to begin with especially if you never heard a response back.If she never responded back after the first text it was time to scratch her off your list.

But good job cutting her off and getting other dates lined up. Dating is a numbers game, you wont score 100% of the time. Keep lining them up and eliminating them 1 by1.
