Some mistakes or errors how you want to look at it which i noticed were that when your declining try leave room create another meet up e.g. im busy after school but lets meet up on the weekend (or something like that someone could probably give you much better wording cause this is something i usually don't do and can sometimes send girls into auto reject)
Secondly you did follow her up with a message but you apologized and said you would make it up to her (was give her power cause your in her dept to her now apparently)
I think you need to get a bit of outcome Independence cause it seems that you are so focused on trying to bang this girl that your being hasty and throwing away the manly image she might of had for you (so your action may be counter intuitive).
On how to deal with this situation i am not sure but do not get too hasty
