HIV risk higher than claimed on article

It has been suggested here That risk of HIV is vanishingly smaller than 1:2500 for heterosexual males due to herpes not being taken into account when making this estimation by researchers. This is however untrue and risk of HIV can be much higher for a single act than 1:2500. The variables like other STDs that male of the female have when having sex increase (not decrease as suggested by Chase in the article where he is focusing on genital herpes) this general risk. Also, Viral load of the infected partner is important when accessing the per act risk. If you want to see how many-fold increase in risk from 1:2500 there is under different conditions like STDs and High viral load, I suggest CDC risk reduction tool which is up to date with current research on HIV. CDC is a well recognized organization.
