How do I get a crazy girl to stop liking me?

We've known each other for at least three years now. We're both still in highschool, although we go to different schools. We used to be really close, but she started to turn what I call, 'textbook crazy'. She is very manipulative and would often verbally abuse me from not only her facebook account, but numerous other accounts. I used to be fairly popular and respected, but because of her I've had to hide from the outside world as best as I can. She has a lot of friends so she always has a way of knowing where I am and what I'm doing. One time I couldn't deal with her anymore so I told her I wanted to cut all communication. She kept asking for another chance and now wants to still be friends with me. However, she tells my friends "I fucking love him (me)."
So, I'm asking this now. How do I make her leave me alone, or stop liking me? She has connections everywhere so I don't think ignoring her is a valid approach. She can always find me in real life so I don't want to get in her bad books, but I want her to leave me alone.

What I do in these situations is be completely indifferent toward that person. No display of emotions whatsoever on your face while interacting with her. If she persists and really hurts your social status or mental well-being, try confronting her - make her aware of the fact that she's behaving in a way you won't tolerate. Ignore her when she acts in an unacceptable way, and reward her when she's kind to you.Be gentle, but firm about it.
As to what exactly to say, I lack experience in that field, but I do believe Chase wrote something about it.
