How do some guys have it all except success with women?

I never really got why this is but I guess it is worth a discussion.

I know of many guys who are financially well off, alright looking (would stretch it out and say above average looking), and working in well off jobs like Bankers or Doctors. Yet I see hot and attractive women with DJs who can hardly make enough to get by and found high school too hard or some guy who works a blue collar job and chews tobacco.

What gives?

What does the doctor or banker not have that the DJ or tobacco chewing red collar guy has?

The guys with success worked for it and as a compromise its highly likely they neglected going out and meeting women and probably don't have the confidence to pick up women since they see people doing it effortlessly.

As a person aiming to get into a course which is very competitive i can say it really really hard to balance having a social life on par with the guys who pick up many women while still getting good grades.

Proactivity,

There is a saying in marketing that "Pricing is the moment of truth" (attributed to Raymond Corey of Harvard Business School). What this means is that of all the effort that has gone into market research, product development, manufacturing, advertising, building distribution channels, and all the rest, the culmination comes at the point of sale, measured by the price realized. It's the "proof of the pudding", if you will.

So, the same applies in biology: sex is the moment of truth. Our reason for inhabiting this Earth is to pass on our genes to the next generation. This requires finding a quality mate. Among apes, including us, all resources amassed and alliances built (what humans call "business" and "politics") are ultimately sources of power in the quest for the highest-quality female (or the greatest number of females... there are a couple different strategies of playing the game!).

It's worth remembering, therefore, that if material riches do not result in genetic success, their whole purpose is negated. This is the point that Chase made very clearly in his article How to Be a Sexy Man: rather than building your nest, work on yourself.
