How do you run foreign guy game?

Hey guys, so I just read @Chase article on flakey girls and how girls tend to be lesss flakey on foreign men due to fact they're scarce and offer the possibility of new opportunities

I'm planning to travel in 2 months to a new country but not sure how to run this foreign man game.

So i have some questions:

Do i just tell her that I'm a foreigner that just came for travel and that would be enough? Should I also add how long I'll be there? Etc

Yeah what I have mostly is an accent/phenotype. But a people from my country also live there. Would it be worth communicating I'm just visiting should in case get asked "oh are you from [BLANK]??"

Yeah, definitely.

The thing is you have to not just communicate that you’re an outsider. You have to look exotic.

For example, I am Latin American but have pasty white skin. I get no foreigner bonus in Europe.
